About the Role

The Campboss oversees the daily operations of the offshore accommodation and catering services. They ensure that all camp services—including housekeeping, food service, and hygiene—are maintained to high standards and in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise catering and housekeeping teams

  • Ensure hygiene and safety protocols are followed

  • Conduct daily inspections of living and food prep areas

  • Coordinate with offshore management for logistics and crew needs

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working in Food and Beverage Industry Onshore or Offshore.

  • Good Leadership and Teamwork.

  • Good Knowledge in HACCP & HSE - food safety, housekeeping practices, compliance and quality assurance.

  • Good Knowledge in Food Cost, Inventory and Staff scheduling.

  • Good Administration and IT literacy – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Emails.

  • Good command of both English and Malay language.
