1. QHSE Officer


  • A minimum of 5 years experience in QHSE or related field, with preference for candidates from F&B operations in the Oil & Gas sector.

  • NEBOSH certification is required (or equivalent qualification in occupational health and safety).

  • Good Knowledge of HACCP, Food Safety, HSE Compliance and Quality Assurance/Control.

  • Familiar with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, etc.).

  • Good Administration and IT literacy – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Good command of English and Malay language in verbal and writing.



Key Responsibilities

  •  Ensure company-wide compliance and implementation of QHSE standards.

  • Oversee safety and quality across all departments, projects, and facilities.

  • Review, update and maintain QHSE policies, procedures, and legal compliance records.

  • Monitor QHSE objectives (KPIs) in line with company goals.

  • Lead audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and emergency drills.

  • Coordinate with government bodies, clients, and any external parties on safety and regulatory matters.

  • Lead, guide and train a team of executives under the QHSE department.

  • Manage and maintain all QHSE documentation, reports, and internal safety meetings.

  • Promote a strong safety culture through training, inspections, and campaigns.



2. Campboss


  • A minimum of 3-5 years experience working in Food and Beverage Industry Onshore or Offshore.

  • Good Leadership and Teamwork.

  • Good Knowledge in HACCP & HSE - food safety, housekeeping practices, compliance and quality assurance.

  • Good Knowledge in Food Cost, Inventory and Staff scheduling.

  • Good Administration and IT literacy – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

  • Good command of English and Malay language in verbal and writing.



3. Offshore Cook


  • Minimum 3-5 years experience and expertise in Asian and/or Western Cuisine.

  • Knowledge in menu creation, food presentation, ordering, food cost.

  • Basic knowledge on HACCP & HSE.

  • Good Teamwork & Basic English / Malay proficiency.



4. Offshore Steward


  • Medically healthy and reasonably fit.

  • Experience working in F&B or Hospitality Industry is an advantage.

  • Good personal hygiene & housekeeping practices.

  • Basic English and Malay proficiency.

  • Good Teamwork & willingness to learn.



5. Cook


  • Minimum 3-5 years experience and expertise in Asian and / or Western Cuisine.

  • Knowledge in menu creation, food presentation. ordering food cost.

  • Basic knowledge on HACCP & HSE.

  • Good Teamwork & Basic English / Malay proficiency.



6. Baker


  • Minimum 2-3 years experience and expertise in Baker.

  • Expertise in Bread, Cakes, Pastry & Local Cakes.

  • Baker menu creation, decoration, ordering, food cost.

  • Basic knowledge on HACCP & HSE.

  • Good Teamwork & Basic English / Malay Proficiency.



7. Kitchen Helper / Steward


  • Medically healthy and reasonably fit.

  • Experience working in F&B or Hospitality Industry is an advantage.

  • Good personal hygiene & housekeeping practices.

  • Basic English and Malay proficiency.

  • Good Teamwork & willingness to learn.



8. Driver


  • Experience working as a driver and defensive driving is an advantage.

  • Basic English and Malay proficiency.

  • Good Health and wellbeing.

  • Class 3 license - must be valid.
