1. Campboss

· Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working in Food and Beverage Industry Onshore or Offshore.

· Good Leadership and Teamwork.

· Good Knowledge in HACCP & HSE - food safety, housekeeping practices, compliance and quality assurance.

· Good Knowledge in Food Cost, Inventory and Staff scheduling.

· Good Administration and IT literacy – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Emails.

· Good command of both English and Malay language.

2. Offshore Cook

· Minimum 3-5 years’ experience and expertise in Asian and/or Western Cuisine.

· Knowledge in menu creation, food presentation, ordering, food cost.

· Basic knowledge on HACCP & HSE.

· Good Teamwork & Basic English / Malay proficiency.

3. Offshore Steward

·      Medically healthy and reasonably fit.

· Experience working in F&B or Hospitality Industry is an advantage.

· Good personal hygiene & housekeeping practices.

· Basic English and Malay proficiency.

· Good Teamwork & willingness to learn.

4. Driver

·      Experience working as a driver and defensive driving is an advantage.

· Basic English and Malay proficiency.

· Good Health and wellbeing.

· Class 3 license - must be valid.

Working location: Kuala Belait.
