1. QHSE Officer

· A minimum of 5 years’ experience in QHSE or related field, with preference for candidates from F&B operations in the Oil & Gas sector.

· NEBOSH certification is required (or equivalent qualification in occupational health and safety).

· Good Knowledge of HACCP, Food Safety, HSE Compliance and Quality Assurance/Control.

· Familiar with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, etc.).

· Good Administration and IT literacy – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

· Strong leadership and communication skills.

· Good command of English and Malay language in verbal and writing.

Key Responsibilities

· Ensure company-wide compliance and implementation of QHSE standards.

· Oversee safety and quality across all departments, projects, and facilities.

· Review, update and maintain QHSE policies, procedures, and legal compliance records.

· Monitor QHSE objectives (KPIs) in line with company goals.

· Lead audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and emergency drills.

· Coordinate with government bodies, clients, and any external parties on safety and regulatory matters.

· Lead, guide and train a team of executives under the QHSE department.

· Manage and maintain all QHSE documentation, reports, and internal safety meetings.

· Promote a strong safety culture through training, inspections, and campaigns.

Working location: Kuala Belait & Brunei Muara.
